Spaghetti (without Egg) with Wild Garlic Pesto and vegan Parmesan


fixings:

  • (whole grain) Spaghetti without egg
  • water
  • salt

Bring water with a pinch of salt in a pot to boil.

 

Put the required quantity of spaghetti in the boiling water and simmer according to details on the packaging until the pasta becomes al dente.

 

The finished noodles drain and rinse with cold water.

 

Serve with wild garlic pesto and vegan Parmesan (recipes will follow!), garnish with wild garlich leaves.
